The administrative component of Food Service is just as flexible and intuitive as the rest of Centre. From the Lunch Menu program, you can setup the menu offerings -- grouping them into categories and assign their prices and keyboard shortcuts. This program also allows you to define the lowest allowed student balance and the balance which will generate a warning message.
The Food Service module integrates perfectly into the intuitive interface of Centre. It allows for Free / Reduced lunch considerations and allows parents to keep track of their children’s eating habits. Additionally, parent’s can maintain their children’s balances and receive alerts when the balance is running low.
