Quick Start Implementation Service
You've decided to deploy Centre, but would like us to install and configure Centre, import your previous data and train your personel for a truly turn-key solution ... let us take care of all the nitty gritty work, we will work with you to ensure your implementation fast (usually less than a couple weeks), and trully successfull. This work is fixed-priced on a per-student basis.
Data Import
Nothing is more frustrating than having to re-enter data that you already have. Whether you are now managing your students with spreadsheets, a custom-made database or a competitive system, we can leverage the information you already have to import it into Center so you can start from a sound basis. This work is fixed-priced on a per-student basis.
Training
Critical to the success and efficiency of your new system is the capability of all staff to learn all of its features and to employ these on a daily basis. Training of personnel is an important dimension to the installation of a new system. We can provide training to administrators, clerical staff, teachers, and others. Using a 'train-the-trainer' model, we will make certain staff feel comfortable and competent with Centre.
Support Services
Your Student Information System is a core part of your operations, and you need confidence that whatever happens, there will always be someone able to help you out and resolve any issues that might arise. Our support contracts include unlimited phone support during business hours, and our engineers have only one goal - provide the best customer support in the industry.
